Throughout my personal journey, I’ve come to the stunning realization that the next moment in time doesn’t negate, promise or remove where I dwell presently, in this critical moment in time. I realize the equally mind-blowing truth, that where I “reside” today, is not to be dismissed by tomorrows “dream castle”, of course filled with a magical and dust-free environment. The eternal postponements of value, gratitude and generosities stifle and damage the beauty and precious light and love of my life right now with all its moving parts.

I tell myself continually to breathe and be present and although I have improved, I still find myself gasping for air and thinking of “later on”. I need to live worthy wherever I am in all the different “locations” my path leads me to at all the changing moments in my life. I also need my efforts to reflect both appreciation as well as contemplation of this priceless moment in time.

The most powerful affirmation in my world is… it’s never too late …to learn, improve, change, grow, defend, step back or forward , say yes or no, give or take, sit or move, dance or sleep. You get where I am going, right?
