As 2018 winds down and the birth of 2019 approaches, this transition of time prompts many reflections about the year as a whole as well as its individual parts. This years most vivid learning for me, was to embrace what was mine to manage and to surrender and pray for that which was not mine to control. The precious gift to myself is to know the difference between the two! I also discovered that if I lead with certain energies in my day to day living ,the year as a whole remains mostly positive because sending out light and grace to the universe brings back the same to me.

To send you on your way toward this sparkling and fresh new year, I have written a prayer to light your way:

Thank you , dear God, for reminding us that we are Your beloved children and already have the courage, strength, and wisdom needed to believe we are deserving of the new and joyful new year we are creating.

Let us always remain grateful for Your Love, Your Light, and Your protection that bless our lives always. Guide our actions to make an ever-greater difference in the world by helping us hear Your divine whispers, ensuring that we live our lives with the purpose You intend.

Knowing that we were born worthy, it’s never too late to feel worthy of Your divine gifts, which fill and surround our lives each and every day. Amen.
