I know for sure if I love someone, something or someplace , it can transport my heart and spirit into a beautiful and grace filled essence ! This “place” is filled with magnificent colors, sounds, views, aromas and a climate which warms and pleases my soul. I thrive there, find peace there and very importantly, have power there. 

Although my great love is always so apparent and energetic  when I am aiming it outside of myself, I need to be more accepting and directing of that beautiful force when it comes to me.  Removing criticism, unrealistic expectations and judgements certainly improves the relationship . Most challenging is changing my narrative by installing compliments, liveable standards and credit to the résumé I call, “my life “! When this great love is 
experienced on one of those priceless blissfilled days, my internal enthusiasm and external vibrancy is incredible. 

The goal here is to be worthy of the sparkling great love I give to others so generously and to give this treasure to myself as well. It is certainly a fluid goal in progress and practice makes stronger!
